fa طبقه‌‌بندی مراتع ییلاقی سامان عرفی لار از لحاظ روش‌‌های مرتعداری Classification of Summer Rangelands under Customary Law in Lar Based on Range Management Methods تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: انتخاب روش‌های مرتعداری، یک گام مفید و موثر برای مدیریت رویشگاه‌‌های مرتعی است. با توجه به روش‌‌های مرتعداری، این امکان وجود دارد که بتوان طبقه وضعیت مراتع را بدون هر گونه دستکاری در پوشش گیاهی و خاک و عملیات پرهزینه اصلاح مرتع، ارتقاء داد. از همین‌‌رو، سئوال مطرح است که چه مکان‌‌هایی از رویشگاه‌‌های مرتعی با چه نوع ویژگی‌‌های اکولوژیکی و محیطی، مناسب غنی‌‌سازی هستند. پاسخ به سئوال مطرح، نیازمند طبقه‌‌بندی مراتع از لحاظ روش‌‌های مرتعداری است. در پژوهش حاضر، بر مبنای رویکرد متخصصان علوم مرتع (در این رویکرد، بیشتر بر مدیریت چرا تاکید می‌‌شود و بر عملیاتی که به دگرگونی عمده‌‌‌ای در پوشش گیاهی بینجامد، تاکید نمی‌‌شود) و مطابق با طبقه وضعیت مرتع، رویشگاه‌‌های مرتعی سامان عرفی لار (که متعلق به سازمان اتکا است)، از لحاظ روش‌‌های مرتعداری، طبقه‌‌بندی گردید و مکان‌‌های مناسب، برای غنی‌‌سازی پوشش گیاهی، مشخص شد. مواد و روش‌‌ها: برای این منظور، ابتدا نقشه تیپ‌‌های گیاهی، بر اساس نمودظاهری، تهیه شد. سپس، با اندازه‌‌گیری شاخصه‌‌های پوشش گیاهی، طبقه وضعیت مرتع هر یک از تیپ‌‌های گیاهی بر اساس فاصله آنها از کلیماکس، توسط روش چهارفاکتوری، مشخص گردید. بر اساس امتیازدهی به خصوصیات خاک و پوشش گیاهی، گرایش هر یک از تیپ‌‌های گیاهی نیز در وضعیت‌‌های مختلف، تعیین گردید. در گام بعد، با توجه به وضعیت و گرایش تیپ‌‌های گیاهی و مطابق با دستورالعمل پیشنهادی (GCRMM) که منطبق با اصول مرتعداری است، روش مرتعداری و نوع سیستم‌‌ چرایی یا در صورت لزوم عملیات اصلاحی، برای هر یک از تیپ‌‌های گیاهی، پیشنهاد شد که بر مبنای آن، نقشه برنامه‌‌ریزی و مدیریت مراتع منطقه، تهیه گردید. نتایج: مطابق با بررسی‌‌ها، وضعیت هیچ یک از تیپ‌‌های گیاهی، ضعیف و خیلی‌‌ضعیف تشخیص داده نشد. از این‌‌رو، مطابق با دستورالعمل پیشنهادی، برای رویشگاه‌‌های مرتبط با تیپ‌‌های‌ گیاهی سامان عرفی لار، انجام عملیات غنی‌‌سازی پوشش گیاهی (عملیات اصلاح مرتع)، توصیه نگردید. بیشترین امتیاز کسب‌‌شده از عامل‌‌‌های تعیین وضعت مرتع، مرتبط با تیپ‌‌های گیاهی Perennial grasses و Perennial grasses- Perennial forbs، با 45 و 49 امتیاز است و کمترین مقدار نیز مرتبط با تیپ گیاهی Ferula ovina- Onobrychis cornuta با امتیاز 4/31 است. سایر تیپ‌‌های گیاهی شامل Onobrychis cornuta- Bromus tomentellus- Thymus kotschyanus، Onobrychis cornuta- Agropyron trichophorum، Ferula ovina- Onobrychis cornuta- Thymus kotschyanus و Astragalus aureus-Thymus kotschyanus- Agropyron trichophorum نسبت به پتانسیل منطقه، دارای وضعیت متوسط هستند. متناسب با شرایط محیطی و طبقه وضعیت مرتع، برای تمامی تیپ‌‌های گیاهی، روش مرتعداری تعادلی یا مرتعداری طبیعی، توصیه شد. در 27 درصد از مراتع منطقه، می‌‌توان روش مرتعداری تعادلی و در 73 درصد، روش مرتعداری طبیعی، پیشنهاد نمود. با توجه به شرایط محیطی و طبقه وضعیت مرتع، عملیات اصلاح مرتع یا مرتعداری مصنوعی نیز برای مراتع منطقه، پیشنهاد نمی‌‌شود. بر مبنای بررسی‌‌ها، برای 27 درصد از مراتع منطقه، سیستم چرای تناوبی و برای 29 درصد، سیستم چرای تاخیری، پیشنهاد شد. مساحت پیشنهادی برای دیگر سیستم‌‌های چرایی شامل؛ سیستم چرای تناوبی- تاخیری و تناوبی- استراحتی با یک سال استراحت، برابر؛ 24 و 20 درصد است. نتیجه‌‌گیری: در شرایطی که مرتع دارای وضعیت عالی، خوب و متوسط باشد؛ امکان ارتقاء و ظرفیت‌سازی بیشتر پوشش گیاهی، با روش‌های مدیریتی، به سادگی میسر است و برای افزایش عملکرد دام‌‌های چراکننده در مرتع، ضمن ارتقاء طبقه وضعیت مرتع و یا حفظ وضعیت موجود؛ توصیه به طراحی و اجرای سیستم‌‌های چرایی است و نیاز به دستکاری پوشش گیاهی نیست. در حال حاضر که مهمترین سیاست اجرایی دستگاه متولی مراتع، تهیه و اجرای طرح‌‌های مرتعداری است؛ حفظ، احیاء، توسعه و بهره‌‌برداری از مراتع نیز در چنین شرایطی، منوط به شناخت وضعیت مرتع و انتخاب یکی از روش‌‌های مرتعداری (تعادلی، طبیعی و مصنوعی) بر اساس وضعیت مرتع و اجرای آن در قالب طرح مرتعداری است. بر همین اساس، به هنگام تهیه طرح‌‌های مرتعداری جدید یا به روز رسانی طرح‌های مرتعداری قبلی، باید انتخاب روش‌‌های مرتعداری، در دستور کار قرار گیرد. در پژوهش حاضر، با لحاظ نمودن رویکرد متخصصان مرتع و انتخاب روش‌‌های مرتعداری؛ برای رویشگاه‌‌های مرتعی سامان عرفی لار، انجام عملیات اصلاح مرتع با هدف غنی‌‌سازی پوشش گیاهی، توصیه نگردید. با‌ ‌این ‌‌همه، با توجه به رویکردهای مختلف در خصوص اصلاح مراتع (رویکرد متخصصان علوم مرتع، رویکرد اکولوژیست‌‌های گیاهی و رویکرد متخصصان احیای بوم‌‌شناختی)؛ در بعضی از مراتع، هنوز دستکاری پوشش گیاهی، تنها راه عملی افزایش تولید علوفه برای دام و بهبود زیستگاه حیات‌‌وحش است و به‌‌علاوه، هنوز بعضی از مرتعداران، ممکن است این روش را بهترین راه برای افزایش بازده اقتصادی مراتع بدانند.</div> Background and objectives: Choosing range management methods (RMM) is a useful and effective step for managing rangeland habitats. According to RMM, it is possible to improve the range condition (RC) without any manipulation of vegetation and soil and expensive range modification operations (RMO). Therefore, the question arises as to which places of rangeland habitats with what kind of ecological and environmental characteristics are suitable for enrichment. The answer to the above question requires the classification of rangeland in terms of RMM. In the current research, based on the approach of rangeland science experts (in this approach, grazing management is emphasized more and operations that lead to a major change in vegetation are not emphasized) and according to the category of RC, customary law of Lar habitats (which belongs to ETKA organization), was classified in terms of RMM and suitable places were determined for the enrichment of vegetation. Methodology: For this purpose, first, a map of plant types (PTs) was prepared by field visit and based on physionomy. Then, by measuring the vegetation indicators, the RC class of each PTs was determined based on their distance from the climax, using the four-factor method. Based on scoring the characteristics of soil and vegetation, range condition trend (RCT) of each PT was also determined in different situations. In the next step, according to the RC and RCT of PTs and according to the proposed guidelines (guidelines for classification of rangeland in terms of range management method (GCRMM) which is in accordance with the principles of range management, the RMM and the type of grazing system (GS) or if necessary RMO, were proposed for each of the PTs, based on which, the planning map and the management of rangeland in the region was prepared. Results: The RC of all surveyed PTs was categorized as good or average, with no poor or very poor classifications. Applying vegetation enrichment operations (RMOs) was not recommended according to GCRMM guidelines. The highest RC scores were obtained for "Perennial grasses" and "Perennial grasses-Perennial forbs" PTs (45 and 49 points, respectively), while the lowest score (31.4) belonged to the "Ferula ovina-Onobrychis cornuta" PT. Other PTs, including "Onobrychis cornuta-Bromus tomentellus-Thymus kotschyanus," "Onobrychis cornuta-Agropyron trichophorum," "Ferula ovina-Onobrychis cornuta-Thymus kotschyanus," and "Astragalus aureus-Thymus kotschyanus-Agropyron trichophorum," exhibited average RC. Balanced range management (BRMM) or natural range management (NRMM) were recommended for all PTs based on environmental conditions and RC. BRMM was recommended for 27% of the rangeland area, while NRMM was suitable for the remaining 73%. Based on the RC and environmental conditions, RMOs or artificial range management methods (ARMMs) were not recommended. Rotation grazing systems were proposed for 27% of the rangeland area, while deferred grazing systems were suggested for 29%. Deferred-rotation and rest-rotation grazing systems with a year of rest were proposed for equal proportions of the remaining area (24% each). Conclusion: For rangelands in good, average, or excellent condition, RMMs can be employed to enhance vegetation capacity and improve grazing animal performance while maintaining or improving RC. Designing and implementing appropriate grazing systems is recommended in these situations, eliminating the need for costly RMOs. Currently, a critical task for rangeland management institutions involves creating and implementing management plans. Maintaining, revitalizing, developing, and utilizing rangelands in these conditions requires understanding existing RC and selecting one of the RMMs (BRMM, NRMM, or ARMM) based on the RC for incorporation into the management plan. This research emphasizes the use of RMMs for new or updated grazing plans, highlighting the inadvisability of RMOs for vegetation enrichment in Lar's customary law rangelands under the current approach of rangeland management experts. However, other approaches to range improvement, such as those championed by plant ecologists and ecological restoration specialists, may consider vegetation manipulation a viable option for some rangelands to increase forage production or improve wildlife habitat.
