fa تغییرپذیری طیف زیستی و کورولوژی بانک بذر خاک حاشیه رودخانه گاماسیاب با فاصله از رودخانه Variability of Life form and chorology of soil seed bank of Gamasiab river riparian with distance from the river تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: پوشش گیاهی حاشیه رودخانه جزو پایدارترین پوشش روزمینی است که منبع غذایی مناسب برای دامهاست. با توجه به تخریب اکوسیستم حاشیه رودخانه و چرای بیش از حد دام از این بومسازگان، مطالعه بانک بذر خاک به منظور شناسایی ظرفیت آن در جهت احیا پوشش گیاهی تخریبیافته لازم و ضروری است.   مواد و روشها: تحقیق حاضر به منظور بررسی بانک بذر حاشیه رودخانه گاماسیاب شهرستان نهاوند واقع دراستان همدان انجام شد. ابتدا با استفاده از نقشه‌های  گوگل ارث، 5 سایت نمونه برداری در هر دو طرف رودخانه مشخص شد. نمونه‌برداری از خاک جهت مطالعه بانک بذر به روش سیستماتیک با استفاده از ترانسکت و کوادرات انجام پذیرفت. در هر سایت یک ترانسکت عمود بر جریان رودخانه و در طول ترانسکت حداقل 6 پلات 4متر مربعی (در هر طرف رودخانه سه عدد) مستقر شد و نمونه‌برداری از خاک از دو عمق 5-0 و 10- 5 سانتی متر در هر پلات انجام گرفت. سپس نمونه های خاک برای کشت به گلخانه منتقل شدند. بانک بذر با روش جوانه زنی بررسی و بذوری که  جوانه می زدند، شناسایی و به قرار ذیل طبقه بندی و بررسی شدند. گیاهان ازنظر طول عمر (یکساله و چند ساله)، فرم رویشی (علفی و چوبی)، شکل زیستی (کریپتوفیت، تروفیت، کاموفیت، همیکریپتوفیت، فانروفیت) و کورولوژی شامل ایران تورانی( IT )، جهان وطنی(COSM )، اروپا سیبری (ES ) چند ناحیه ای (PL )، مدیترانهای (M)، ایران تورانی- مدیترانهای (IT,M)، ایران تورانی- اروپا سیبری (IT, ES) ایران تورانی – اروپا سیبری – مدیترانه ای (IT,ES,M) و ایران تورانی- اروپا سیبری- صحرا (IT,ES,SS) بررسی شدند. سپس هر یک از موارد فوق با عامل فاصله از مرکز رودخانه در سه بازه 0-10، 10-20 و 20-30  متری از رودخانه با آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه (ANOVA) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفتند. نتایج: در مجموع84 گونه شامل 20 تیره و 65 جنس مشاهده شد که بیشترین آن مربوط به خانواده Gramineae (29گونه) و Compositeae (18 گونه) بود. گیاهان یکساله، چند ساله ، گیاهان علفی و  چوبی،  به ترتیب 91/67 درصد،  08/32 درصد، 68/98 درصد، 31/1 درصد بانک بذر را در عمق اول به خود اختصاص دادند و در عمق دوم گیاهان یکساله 42/65 درصد، گیاهان چند ساله 57/34 درصد  و به لحاظ شکل زیستی گیاهان علفی 100درصد را دارا بودند. همچنین تروفیتها90/63 درصد و همیکریپتوفیتها 26 درصد بیشترین درصد بانک بذر را داشتند. گیاهان COSM 83/35 درصد ، IT 01/24 درصد و PL 91/11 درصد را به خود اختصاص دادند. گیاهان یکساله درعمق اول بانک بذر 0-5 سانتیمتری بیشترین مقدار در فاصله 0-10متری از رودخانه و کمترین مقدار را در فاصله 10-20 متری مشاهده شدند. در عمق دوم 5-10 سانتیمتری گیاهان یکساله و علفی بالاترین  مقدار را در فاصله 30-20 متری از رودخانه و کمترین مقدار را در فاصله 10-0 متری داشتند. تروفیتها بیشترین مقدار را در فاصله 0-10 متری و کمترین مقدار را در  20-30  فاصله داشتند. در خصوص پراکنش جغرافیایی بانک بذر عمق اول و دوم عناصر چند ناحیهای در فاصله 0-10 متری  بیشترین مقدار و در فاصله 20-30 متری کمترین مقدار را داشتند و بعد از آن عناصر ایران تورانی در عمق اول و دوم بالاترین مقدار را در فاصله 20-30 متری و کمترین مقدار را در فاصله 0-10 متری به خود اختصاص دادند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: بیشتر بودن تعداد گونه گرامینه سبب افزایش تراکم بانک بذر گونههای یکساله علفی شده است و گیاهان چوبی نیز فقط در عمق اول بانک بذر مشاهده شدکه دلیل آن را میتوان به درشت بودن بذرهای درختی نسبت داد که در عمق اول باقی میمانند و به اعماق نمیتوانند نفوذ کنند و دچار فساد یا زوال شده یا توسط بذر خواران مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد (زودگذر بودن بذور درختان). تروفیتها بالاترین مقدار طیف زیستی را داشت که به خاطر تولید بذر بسیار فراوان و کوچک بودن اندازه بذر با شانس و تعداد بیشتری در خاک میتوانند نفوذ کنند. حضور بالای عناصر چند ناحیهای در ترکیب گیاهی بانک بذر خاک میتواند بدلیل حضور فراوان عناصر گیاهی پیشاهنگ و مراحل اولیه توالی باشد که بدلیل کم نیاز بودن و برخورداری از دامنه بومشناختی گسترده در طیف وسیعی از سرزمینهای گیاهی حضور یافته و تعلق خاصی را به یک اقلیم مشخص و یا جغرافیای گیاهی نشان نمیدهند.  بالاترین مقدار عناصر چند ناحیهای در لبه رودخانه به دلیل  درصد بالای گونه Cynodon dactylon بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که جهت احیای پوشش گیاهی میتوان از بانک بذرخاک استفاده نمود. احیاء کرانرودی تخریب یافته با قرق به دلیل حضور گونه های گیاهی خوشوراکی مثل Alopecurus myosuroides ,Trifolium repens  و Bothriochloa ischaemum امکان پذیر است. Background and objectives: Riparian vegetation along the river is one of the most sustainable aboveground covers that is a good source of food for livestock. Considering the degraded riparian areas, studies on soil seed bank is important and, necessary for restoration goals. Methodology: The present study was conducted to investigate the soil seed bank in the riparian region of the Gamasiab river in Nahavand city, Hamadan province. First, using Earth Google maps, 5 sampling sites on both sides of the river were identified. Soil sampling was performed to study the seed bank systematically using transects and quadrates. At each site, a transect perpendicular to the river flow was installed along the transect of at least 6 plots of 4 square meters (three on each side of the river) and soil sampling was performed from two depths of 0-5 and 5-10 cm in each quadrat. The seed bank samples were then transferred to the greenhouse for the experiment. Seed bank was examined by germination method. Plants in terms of annual and perennial, herbaceous and woody, life form (cryptophyte, trophyte, camophyte, hemicryptophyte, phanrophyte) and phytochorology of Iran-Turanian (IT), cosmopolitan (COSM), Siberian Europe (Polyregional or more than two vegetative regions (PL) Mediterranean (M), Turanian-Mediterranean Iran (IT, M), Irano-Tourani -Siberian Europe (IT, ES) Irano-Tourani -Siberian-Mediterranean (IT, ES, M) and Irano-Tourani - Europe, Siberia - Sahara (IT, ES, SS) were studied. Then, each of the above cases was analyzed along distance from the center of the river in three intervals (0-10), (10-20) and (20-30) meters from the river using one-way ANOVA analysis. Results: A total of 84 species including of 20 family and 65 genera, most of which belong to the family Gramineae (29) species and Compositae (18) species, were observed. Annuals, perennials, herbaceous and woody plants occupied 67.91%, 32.08%, 98.68% and 1.31%, respectively at the first soil depth. In the second depth, annuals created 65.42%, perennials 34.57% and in terms of life form, herbaceous were 100%. Also, trophytes with 63.90% and hemi-cryptophytes with 26% had the highest percentage of soil seed bank. In terms of colorology, COSM (35.83%), IT (24.01%) and PL (11.91%) were the highest. Annuals at the upper soil depth (0-5 cm) had the highest value at a distance of 0-10 m from the river and the lowest value at the distance of 10-20 m. In the second depth (5-10 cm), annual and herbaceous plants have the highest value at a distance of 20-30 m from the river and the lowest value at a distance of 0-10 m. In terms of life form, at the first depth, and in the second depth the therophytes had the highest value at a distance of 20-30 m and the lowest value at a distance of 0-10 m.  Regarding the corology of the first and second soil layers, the poly-regional had the highest value at a distance of (0-10) m and the lowest value at a distance of 20-30 m, and then the elements of Irano-tourani at the first depth and second depth had the highest value at a distance of 20 -30 m and the lowest value at the distance of 0-10 m. Conclusion: Being higher the number of gramineae species increased the soil seed bank density of annuals and, woody plants were observed only at the first depth of the soil seed bank which could be due to the large seeds of the trees that remain at the first depth and can not penetrate to the deeper depths, where it has deteriorated or decayed or eaten by seed-eaters (transient seeds of trees). Therophytes had the highest amount of life form, which can penetrate with more chances due to the production of very large number and small seed size. The high presence of poly-regional elements in the soil seed bank composition can be due to the abundant presence of pioneer plants and the early stages of the succession, which are present in a wide range of plant lands due to low need and extensive ecological range. These species do not indicate a specific affiliation to a particular climate or plant corology. The highest amount of Polyregional elements in the river riparian was due to the high percentage of Cynodon dactylon species. The results indicated that restoration of degraded riparian could rely on soil seed bank.
