fa بررسی تأثیر تشکیل بازار‌های محلی بر معیشت پایدار بهره‌برداران مراتع با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی عددی (مطالعه موردی: عشایر منتخب استان کرمان) Investigating the role of the local marketing on sustainable livelihoods of ranchers using numerical taxonomy (Case Study: Nomads of Kerman province) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research استفاده از رویکردهای نوین برای رفع مشکلات عشایر کشور دارای اهمیت فراوان بوده و بررسی اثر برخی عوامل که در اقتصاد و معیشت آنها مؤثر است ضرورت دارد. یکی از مباحث جدید میتواند عرضه محصولات دامی و غیردامی عشایر در بازارچههای محلی باشد. بنابراین ضرورت دارد که تأثیر این بازارچهها بر معیشت پایدار عشایر ارزیابی شود. تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی عددی و با در نظر گرفتن تجربیات و دیدگاههای بهرهبرداران مراتع و کارشناسان ادارههای منابع طبیعی و عشایری استان کرمان به مقایسه و اولویت‌بندی شاخصهای معیشت پایدار تحت تأثیر تشکیل و توسعه بازارهای محلی در مناطق عشایری پرداخته است. نتایج نشان داد که از دیدگاه عشایر سرمایه مالی و اقتصادی و از دیدگاه کارشناسان سرمایه انسانی بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از تشکیل و توسعه بازارهای محلی به خود اختصاص خواهند داد. همچنین نتایح رتبهبندی شاخصهای معیشت پایدار از دیدگاه عشایر با استفاده از روش تاکسونومی عددی نشان میدهد که شاخصهای سطح اشتغال، دسترسی به جاده، درآمد حاصل از تولید محصولات دامی، تنوع گونههای گیاهی، نیروی کار خانوادگی و تأمین نیروی کار از خارج از خانواده بترتیب با DL 043/0، 066/0، 079/0، 105/0، 118/0 و 122/0 بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از تشکیل و توسعه بازارچههای محلی دارند. این در حالی است که کارشناسان عقیده دارند که شاخصهای نیروی کار خانوادگی، اسکان مسافران در مناطق عشایری، دسترسی به جاده، کمیت علوفه، سطح اشتغال و دسترسی به آب آشامیدنی بهداشتی به‌ترتیب با DL 058/0، 171/0، 176/0، 185/0، 209/0 و 219/0 بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از تشکیل و توسعه بازارچههای محلی بهخود اختصاص میدهند. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده از این تحقیق میتوان بیان داشت که تشکیل و توسعه بازارهای محلی بر معیشت پایدار بهرهبرداران مراتع تأثیر خواهد گذاشت و باعث افزایش منافع عشایر و بهبود مطلوبیت جامعه خواهد شد. Using new approaches to identify nomad problems and factors influencing their economy and livelihood have great importance. Trading livestock products in local markets may influence nomad’s economic condition, and assessing the impacts of these markets on sustainable livelihoods of nomads is highly required. Numerical taxonomy method was used to compare and prioritize sustainable livelihoods indicators that can be influenced by the formation and development of local marketing. We collected the experiential knowledge of experienced nomads and experts from the department of natural resources and the nomadic office in Kerman province. Nomads and experts believed that the financial condition and human capital have the higher impacts on the development of local markets than other studied factors. The ranking indicators of sustainable livelihoods of nomads by numerical taxonomy method showed that the employment ratio, accessibility, income from livestock production, diversity of plant species, family labor and labor from outside the family with DL of 0.043, 0.066, 0.079, 0.105, 0.118 and 0.122 had high impacts respectively on the development of local markets. However, the experts believed that family labor, accommodating tourists in nomad’s tents, accessibility, forage quantity, employment ratio, clean water accessibility with DL of 0.058, 0.171, 0.176, 0185, 0.209 and 0.219 had the high impacts on the development of local markets.
