fa ارزیابی اثرات اجتماعی - اقتصادی پروژه‌های منابع طبیعی اجرا شده از دید ذینفعان (مطالعه موردی: حوزه آبخیز اندبیل- شهرستان خلخال) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">امروزه، اجرای پروژه‌های مختلف منابع طبیعی در سطح نواحی روستایی را نمی‌توان جدای از آثار زیست محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی ناشی از این طرح‌ها در نظر گرفت. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی اثرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی طرح‌های بیولوژیکی و مکانیکی اجرا شده در حوزه آبخیز اندبیل از دیدگاه ذینفعان و بهره‌برداران، با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی بوده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه سرپرستان خانوارهای بهره‌بردار و ساکن این حوزه بودند که از میان آنان با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 100 نفر با روش تصادفی ساده مورد پرسشگری مستقیم قرار گرفتند. آزمون آماری خی دو (</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">X²</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و ضریب همبستگی (اسپیرمن) مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد، کنترل سیلاب، افزایش حجم آب‌های زیرزمینی و کاهش مهاجرت از مهم‌ترین دست آوردهای این طرح‌ها است. طرح‌های اجرایی بر سطح اراضی کشاورزی، سطح اراضی باغی، سطح اراضی دیمی و پوشش گیاهی منطقه تأثیر مثبتی داشته است و باعث افزایش تولیدات دامی گردیده است. در فرضیه‌های طرح شده میانگین رتبه پاسخ‌های به‌دست آمده در طیف لیکرت مثبت ارزیابی گردید و تفاوت آن در سطح 95 درصد معنی دار شد. </span></span></span> Various environmental, social and economic issues should be considered in the successful implementation of management practices in natural ecosystems. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of some social and economic issues on the success staus of biological and mechanical practices from stakeholder&rsquo;s perspectives in the Andabil watershed, Khalkhal, Ardabil Province. Descriptive and analytical approaches were used to conduct this study with a sample size of all heads of resident families in the study area. Cochran formula was used to calculate the appropriate sample size, and 100 people were randomly selected and interviewed. The Chi-square test (X²) and Spearman&#39;s rank correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data. Results indicated that the implemented management practices lead to improve flood control, increase the volume of groundwater and reduce the migration rate of people in the study area. The implemented projects had a significant positive impact on agricultural land, gardens, dry farming, vegetation cover, and livestock production (<em>P</em> < 0.05).
