fa تلفیق تکنیک‌های داده‌کاوی و پارامترهای فیزیک و شیمیایی خاک در برآورد درصد پوشش گیاهی Estimation of vegetation cover through data mining techniques and soil physicochemical parameters تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research شناخت اجزای اکوسیستم مرتع و دستیابی به روابط بین اجزای آن از جمله خاک و پوشش گیاهی، از ضروریات مدیریت بهینۀ مراتع میباشد. از سوی دیگر به کارگیری روشهای یادگیری ماشین به منظور کشف روابط بین این عوامل میتواند کمک بسیاری در زمینه کاهش هزینههای نمونهبرداری و آزمایشات خاک داشته باشد. در این مطالعه به منظور آگاهی از تأثیر برخی خصوصیات خاک بر درصد پوشش گونه درمنه دشتی در مراتع دشت یزد- اردکان و ندوشن، اطلاعات مربوط به پوششگیاهی در قالب 320 پلات در طول 40 ترانسکت برداشت گردید. پس از حفر پروفیل در ابتدا و انتهای هر ترانسکت و تهیه نمونه خاک از دو عمق صفر تا 10 و 10 تا 30 سانتیمتری برخی پارامترهای خاک اندازهگیری شد. در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی وضعیت درصد پوشش درمنه دشتی بر مبنای پارامترهای خاک، از تکنیکهای دادهکاوی استفاده شد و شش الگوریتم اجرا شد. همچنین به منظور تعیین میزان وزن و تأثیر هر یک از عوامل در فرایند مدل‌سازی، وزندهی عامل‌ها بر مبنای مدل ماشینبردار پشتیبان صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل از ارزیابی مدلها نشان داد که مدل فرآیند گوسی با (385/1RMSE=) و (998/0R=) در مجموعه داده آموزش و (960/0RMSE=) و (<a name="_Hlk1601739">9999/0</a>R=) در مجموعه داده تست از دقت بالاتری در برآورد درصد پوشش نسبت به سایر مدلها برخوردار بوده است. نتایج وزندهی نیز نشان داد، از بین پارامترهای خاک سدیم در عمقهای صفر تا 10 و 10 تا 30 سانتیمتر بیشترین تأثیر را در برآورد پوشش گیاهی دارند. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان از اهمیت بالای پارامترهای خاک و کارایی بالای روشهای یادگیری ماشین در پیشبینی درصد پوشش مناطق داشته است. Insight into the rangeland ecosystems, its components and their relationships, soil and vegetation for instance, is among the keys of proper range management. On the other hand, the use of machine learning methods to discover the relationship between these factors can help in Cost reduction of Soil sampling and testing. In this study therefore, the effect of some soil characteristics on distribution of Artemisia sieberi is tested in Nodoushan rangelands, Yazd province. Coverage information was measured in 320 plots put alongside of 40 transects. The soil profiles were dug at the beginning and end of each transect to take soil samples from two depths of 0 to 10 and 10 to 30 cm. samples were taken to the lab to be analyzed. Coverage percent of Artemisia sieberi was determined by using a machine learning method. Soil parameters and six algorithms were used for the task. Then, with weighting the factors, their effect on the prediction of the coverage was investigated. The results of the model showed that “Gaussian process model” with (RMSE= 1.385) and (R= 0.998) in the training dataset and (RMSE = 0.960) and (R = 0.9999) in the test dataset has a higher accuracy on the prediction of  the coverage percentage than other models. Weighting results also showed, that among the soil parameters, sodium at depths of 0 to 10 and 10 to 30 cm, has the most effect on vegetation estimation. The results generally showed that high soil parameters and machine learning methods are good way of  coverage prediction in the area. پارامترهای خاک, درصد پوشش, داده‌کاوی, درمنه دشتی.
