Site characteristic is one most important factors on plants essential oil and chemical ingredients production. For evaluation of effects of ecological parameters of of Ajuga chamaecistus, four different sites (Eghlid, Abadeh, Bavanat and Pasargad) were selected to evaluate the essential oil and chemical ingredients in the flowering and growth time. Samples were air dried and essential oil were extracted by extracted by distillation method. Chemical identification of essential oils were done using GC and GC-MS.considering, in research was investigate at two flowring and vegetative stages, to comparison of stage was used of t-test. Finally, the relation between essential oils and environmental factors were determined using PCA. Also, wards methods was used to study the similarity among the studied sites. the results showed that the main cambinations of essence A.chamaecistus plant were β-Pinene ، Linalool، Bicyclogermacrene ، Phytol ، α-Pinene ، α-Thujen ، Caryophyllene oxide ، Germacrene-D ، 1-Octen-3-ol ،  α-Bergamotene، δ-Cadinene and α-Copaene. Copaene at two flowring and vegetative stages in Abadeh,Eqlid, Pasargaf and Bavanat cities.also essence outpot percentage had the highest amount at flowring stage  and  in Abadeh region (%1.74), the least amount at vegetative stage and in  Bavanat city ( %0.8) Among the environmental factors soil silt, sand, pH, average annual temperature, annual evapotranspiration and rain are the main important factors effecting A. chamaecistus phytochemical properties.
